摘    要:借鉴剪刀强剪切工作原理,设计新型力化学反应器的螺杆和料筒结构,在螺杆单元上及料筒单元内壁开设剪刀螺棱,螺杆单元和料筒单元交错组合安装。物料流经高速旋转螺杆螺棱和静止料筒棱间隙,受到强烈剪切。使用Polyflow软件对等温条件下聚乙烯(PE)熔体在力化学反应器中进行剪切挤出模拟,对剪切速率、剪切应力、压力情况进行对比。结果显示,新型剪刀式螺杆与料筒模型表现出更加优异的剪切效果。

Abstract:Based on the principle of strong shearing of scissors, the structure of screw and barrel of a new type of mechanochemical reactor was designed. One edge of scissors was set up on the screw uint and the other edge of the scissors was set on the inner wall of the barrel unit. The screw uints and the barrel uints were interlaced installation with each other. The material flowed through the gap between the spiral edge of high-speed rotating screw and the edge of static barrel and was strongly sheared. The shear extrusion of polyethylene(PE) melt in mechanochemical reactor at constant temperature was simulated by the Polyflow software. The shear rate, shear stress and pressure were compared. The results show that the new type of scissors type screw and the material cylinder model show a better shear effect.
