摘    要:针对无纺布的应用特性,对专用聚丙烯树脂PPH-Y35生产工艺、性能进行了优化。利用专用生产聚丙烯树脂PPH-Y35装置,用高效催化剂氢调法、选取复合抗氧化剂生产出高质量的产品。将用PPH-Y35生产的无纺布与同类产品的性能对比,其性能优异,在医疗卫生领域中的应用更有优势。

Abstract:According to the application characteristics of non-woven fabrics, the production process and performance of the special polypropylene resin PPH-Y35 were optimized. Using a special production polypropylene resin PPH-Y35 device, using a high-efficiency catalyst hydrogen adjustment method and selecting composite antioxidants to produce high-quality products. Comparing the performance of non-woven fabrics produced with PPH-Y35 to similar products, its performance is excellent, and its application in the field of medical and health is more advantageous.
