摘    要:以机箱前面板为例,通过Taguchi试验并结合CAE分析,研究了模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力和保压时间等工艺参数对制品翘曲变形的影响规律,并获得了最优工艺参数组合,使翘曲变形量减小至原始量的68.1%。运用变量分析确定了工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响程度,为工艺参数的选择提供了指导。

Abstract:Taking the warpage of the front case as analysis example, the Taguchi design and CAE technology were applied to study the effect rules of mold temperature, melt temperature, packing press, packing time, and select the optimal process, which decreased warpage to 68.1% of the original value. And the degree of each parameter effect on warpage was obtained by ANOVA, which can provide guidance for choosing reasonable parameters.
