基于CBR的注塑模具侧向抽芯机构设计研究

摘    要:在全面分析注塑模具侧向抽芯机构设计内容和知识特点的基础上,应用基于实例推理(CBR)的智能化设计技术,建立了模具侧向抽芯机构智能化设计的总体结构。运用面属性邻接图(AAG)的侧向特征识别方法进行特征识别,并以塑件主要侧向特征信息为索引,构建了塑件侧向特征及模具侧向抽芯机构实例库。采用知识引导法与最近邻算法相结合进行相似实例的检索与匹配,再以基于规则的推理(RBR)技术对匹配成功的最相似实例进行修改,得到符合目标塑件要求的模具侧向抽芯机构设计方案。

Abstract:On the basis of the comprehensive analysis about the design content and knowledge characteristics of the injection mould side core-pulling mechanism,the overall structure of the injection mould core-pulling mechanism was built by use of the intelligent design based on case reasoning.The method of lateral feature recognition based on AAG was made to construct the case library including lateral feature of the plastic parts and injection mould side core-pulling mechanisms with the index of main lateral feature.Knowledge guided method was combined with the nearest neighbor algorithm to retrieval the similar case,and then the most similar case matching successfully was modified with RBR.At last,the required scheme of injection mould side core-pulling mechanism was obtained.
