| 摘 要： | 介绍了电视机遥控器的计算机辅助注塑模具设计,为节约成本,将该产品的上下盖组合,设计为一模两腔的模具结构,由于两模腔各自的体积及大小不同,要综合考虑浇注系统的布局设计,以利于平衡充填;为达到尽量缩短塑料制品成型周期减、少翘曲变形及降低锁模力等目的浇,注系统的形状和尺寸设计也很关键。 |

| Abstract: | The design of injection mold for TV remote controller was introduced.For saving cost,two cavities of upper and underside parts of the products were organized in one mold.Because of the difference of these two cavity volumes,the layout of runner system should be more considered to insure the balance filling of melt.To shorten cycle time,decrease risk of warpage of plastics parts and reduce clamping pressure during processing,the shape and dimensions of runner system are crucial. |
