摘    要:介绍了玻璃纤维、晶须、碳纳米管和热致液晶高分子材料增强改性聚酰胺6(PA6)的方法,并对其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:4种增强材料均可提高PA6的力学性能;玻璃纤维是最常用的PA6增强材料,而短切玻纤因其易加工成、本低及良好的力学性能而被广泛应用。

Abstract:The methods to reinforce PA6 by glass fiber,whisker,carbon nanotubes and thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer were introduced,and the influencing factors were analyzed.The results show that all of 4 reinforcing materials can improve the mechanical property of PA6;wherein the glass fiber is the most popular reinforcing material for PA6 because of easy-processing,low cost and good mechanical property.
