CPVC耐热管材配方的设计与应用

摘    要:采用Brabender方法和辊压色相评价方法,对CPVC物料的动态密炼实验及黄度指数测定的研究指出,稳定体系及抗冲击改性剂的选用是CPVC耐热管材配方设计的关键因素,并通过正交法确定出价格性能比较好的稳定体系最佳配比及抗冲击改性剂的用量。实验结果表明:复合钙锌稳定剂、环氧大豆油、TPP(亚磷酸酯)对硫醇锑具有较好的协同增效作用。

Abstract:The dynamic banburying experiment and the yellow index of the CPVC pipe materials were analyzed by using Brabender method and roller- impact hue evaluation method. The results showed that the key factors affecting the formulating of recipe for CPVC heat - resistant pipe included the selection of the modifier and the stabilization of the system. Optimal formula and modifier usage for the system with ideal performance/price ratio were obtained by orthogonal method. Results indicated that S-501 ,ESBO and TPP had synergetic reinforcing effect on ST-103.
