填充HIPS结构泡沫材料的配方及改性机理研究

摘    要:采用扫描电镜,Brabender流变仪等现代仪器方法对填充高抗冲改性聚苯乙烯(HIPS)共混体系的亚微观形态结构和流变特性进行了表征,探讨了填充HIPS发泡复合材料的最佳配方及增强改性机理。结果表明,所选配方的HIPS发泡材料具有质轻,仿木,刚性强等特点,是工艺吕理想的合成材料。

Abstract:The sub microscopic configuration and rheological property of filled HIPS blend were studied by SEM and Brabender rheometer. The best formulation and strengthening modification mechanism of HIPS structural foam were discussed. The results showed that suitable formulation could result in the light, wood like and highrigid HIPS foam,thus providing an ideal synthetic material for craftwork.
