Influencing Factors and Improving Methods of Rubber Mixing Quality

The influence factors and improvement methods of rubber mixing quality were analyzed from two aspects of mixing process and mixing equipment.The stability of the rubber compound properties and production efficiency could be improved by using high-speed or variable-speed mixing process,or lowtemperature one-step mixing process.The dispersion of ingredients and the comprehensive properties of the rubber compound could be improved by adjusting the injection pressure of wet mixing,adding dry ice in the mixing process of silica compound,and using ultrasonic effect with appropriate power and time to assist the mixing.It was found that good coating and spot welding on the inner surface of the mixing equipment could prolong the service life of the mixing equipment and improve production efficiency.These methods had outstanding effects on improving the properties of rubber compound and production efficiency,and reducing energy consumption and pollution.
