摘    要:介绍295/60R22.5 DT966低断面全钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径920 mm,断面宽300 mm,行驶面宽度255 mm,行驶面弧度高7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度241.3 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.011,花纹深度17 mm,花纹饱和度78%,花纹周节数50,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计:采用两方三块挤出胎面,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2层0°带束层均采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线。采用一次法成型机成型,蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。

Design on 295/60R22.5 Low Profile Truck and Bus Radial Tire

Abstract:The design on 295/60R22.5 DT966 low profile all-steel radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 920 mm,cross-sectional width 300 mm,width of running surface 255 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 241.3 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2)1.011,pattern depth 17 mm,block/total ratio 78%,and number of pattern pitches 50,with the design of 4 longitudinal pattern grooves.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,3+9×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#and 2#belt ply,5×0.35HT steel cord for 3#belt ply,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 2 layers of 0°belt ply,using single stage building machine to build tires,and using steamed curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard.
