摘    要:介绍了利用氯乙烯单体在悬浮聚合反应过程中体积不断收缩的特点,开发的聚合反应中途连续注水工艺,将其应用于30m^3聚合釜,降低了消耗、提高了单釜产量和经济效益。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of volume shrinkage constantly in suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, the process of continuous water injection in midway of polymerization was developed, and it was used in 30m^3 polymerizer, and got lots of benefits, such as reducing energy consumption, increase in batch yield and economic benefits.
