头孢喹咪的合成研究

摘    要:介绍了以头孢噻肟为起始原料,在氮气保护及三甲基碘硅烷的存在下,与自制的5,6,7,8-四氢喹啉发生取代反应.反应结束后加入H2SO4、乙醇和水的混合溶液,使头孢喹咪成碘酸盐分离出来.再经离子交换成硫酸盐制得头孢喹咪的方法。该方法不仅降低了5,6,7,8-四氢喹啉和三甲基碘硅烷的用量.而且所用原料廉价易得,成本低,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Cefquinome was prepared from cefotaxime, via substitution with 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline under the effect of N2 and trimethyliodosilane, then treated with a mixture of H2SO4, ethanol and water to obtain cefquinome hydroiodide, and finally salt exchanged with anion exchange resin. This process has many advantages, such as easily obtained materials, and low cost, so it is suitable for industrial production.
