摘    要:简要介绍了CWO(湿式催化氧化法)对某典型难降解医化废水(COD42300mg·L^-1,氨氮578mg·L^-1B/C〈0.2)的工业化应用研究。结果表明:采用含钌催化剂,在原水初始pH调节为11左右,在270℃,9.0MPa压力反应条件下,经90min处理,出水可以达到GB8978-1996《综合污水排放标准》一级排出水要求,即COD≤100mg/L,氨氮≤15mg/L,pH6-9要求。直接运行成本可维持在1.-1.5元/kgCOD。

Abstract:This is a brief introduction of CWO(catalytic wet oxidation) industrial application research in the typical difficult biodegradable pharmaceutical chemical waste water(COD 42300 mg · L-1,ammonia nitrogen 578 mg · L-1,B/C < 0.2) treatment.The waste water was treated for 90 minutes with catalyst including ruthenium and in the reaction condition of pH 11,temperature 270 ℃ and pressure 9.0 MPa.The effluent meet GB8978-1996 ’Integrated wastewater discharge standard’ class I which demands COD≤100 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen ≤15mg/L,pH 6~9.Direct running cost is about 1.1~1.5 yuan/kg COD.
