商用车涂装线用高固体分溶剂型涂料的开发与应用现状

针对目前大部分商用车涂装线喷涂设备老旧，工艺紧凑简陋，温湿度控制较差，施工环境对高固体分涂料的要求更高。本文介绍了商用车涂装线用高固体分涂料的开发关键点和改进方法以及在现场的喷涂应用情况，发现通过合理调整和优化配方，高固体分涂料在商用车老旧涂装线上手工或旋杯喷涂，漆膜外观和性能同样表现优异，能达到常规溶剂型涂料的应用水平。另外，高固体分涂料配合 RTO尾气焚烧装置，涂装 VOCs排放大幅降低，可以达到国家环保要求。

Development and Application of High Solid Solvent-Based Coatings for Commercial Vehicle Painting Lines

Contrary to the passenger vehicle painting lines,most of the commercial vehicle panting lines at present are equipped with out-of -date spray devices,simple and compact process as well as less control in temperature and humidity,which created a higher technical request for the high-solid coatings. This paper described some key points and improvement of the paint formulation and on-site spray application of high-solid coatings in commercial vehicle painting lines. With some reasonable adjustment and optimization of formulation,the high-solid coatings also could provide excellent appearance and properties by the hand-spray as well as high-speed electrostatic bell spray system,which was comparable to the conventional solvent-based coatings. In addition,combined with the RTO exhaust incineration,the VOCs emission of high-solid coatings during application was significantly reduced and met the national environmental protection regulation.
