改性环氧富锌底粉在高耐盐雾锈蚀方面的研究

摘    要:防腐型熔结环氧粉末涂料与富锌环氧粉末涂料应用多年,但在很多高耐盐雾锈蚀环境仍无法完全替代溶剂型涂层。为提升粉末涂料耐盐雾性能,本研究通过对环氧富锌粉末涂料进行改性,在降低涂层体积电阻率的基础上提升牺牲阳极效率,使涂层达到液体涂料耐盐雾等级性能。结果表明:添加 0. 2%导电材料单壁碳纳米管与 30%片状锌粉以及其他功能助剂,最终制备涂层的 1 500 h中性盐雾单边锈蚀可控制在 1 mm以内,涂层综合性能也可达到液体富锌涂层指标,在一些环境可替换液体富锌涂层。

Abstract:Anticorrosive fusion bonded epoxy(FBE)powder coatings have been used with zinc-rich epoxy powder for many years,but in many environments with highly salt rusty corrosion resistance,it is still unable to completely replace the solventborne coatings.In order to improve the salt spray resistance of powder coatings,this paper described the modified epoxy zinc rich powder coatings,which could improve the sacrificial anode efficiency on the basis of reducing the volume resistivity of the coatings,so that the coatings could meet the requirements of salt spray resistance level similar to liquid coatings.The results showed that incorporation of 0.2%conductive material(single-walled carbon nanotubes),30%of flake zinc powder and other functional additives,the one-sided creepage of the final coatings could be controlled within 1 mm in 1500 h neutral salt spray test,and the comprehensive performance of the coatings could also reach the specification of the liquid zinc-rich coatings.In some environments,the liquid zinc-rich coatings could be completely replaced.
