石刻保护有机硅-丙烯酸酯乳液涂料的研究

摘    要:通过种子乳液聚合制备了有机硅-丙烯酸酯乳液涂料,用于石刻文物的防风化。采用正交设计试验探讨了单体配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂对乳液性能的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。并用FT-IR、TEM、DSC对产物结构进行了表征。

Abstract:The polysiloxane-polyacrylate emulsion coatings is prepared by the process of seed emulsion polymerization.It can be used as an efflorescenceproof material to protect the stone sculpture along hills.The influences of monomer ratios,initiator content and emulsifier content on the properties of emulsion coatings are discussed by orthogonal experimental design.The optimum experimental conditions are given.The stucture of emulsion coatings is characterized by use of FT-IR,TEM and DSC.
