摘    要:叙述了原来采用浸涂法涂装的底盘零件,与现车架总成共线进行阳极电泳涂装过程中出现的问题及对策;分析了二者进行共城阳极电泳的可行性;对比了共线电泳前后的漆膜性能指标;列出了工艺流程、槽液工作参数,并指出了今后的工艺管理中应注意的一些问题.

Abstract:This article has described the existing problems and countermeasures during this anodic electrodeposition processfor chassis parts and undercarriage co - production line, analyzed the feasibility of the anodic electrodeposition process in theco - production line instead of the dipping process, compared the film properties of these two processes, given the processtechnology and bath operation parameters, and indicated the points to be concerned in the technology control.
