摘    要:以高岭土及含锆陶瓷纤维作为增强填料,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳胶和醋叔乳胶的混合液为基料,多聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PER)为膨胀阻燃体系,开发了一种燃烧后具有高强度膨胀炭层的水性膨胀型防火涂料.研究了乳胶类型、膨胀阻燃体系各组分配比、颜基比、高岭土及含锆陶瓷纤维对水性膨胀型防火涂料性能及炭层强度的影响....

Abstract:A waterborne intumescent fire retardant coating with high strength char layer after combustion was prepared by using kaolin and zirconium-containing ceramic fiber as the reinforcing filler,the mixture of polyvinyl acetate latex and polyvinyl acetate-vinyl versatate(VAc-VeoVa)latex as the film-forming material,ammonium polylphosphate(APP),melamine(MEL)and pentaerythritol(PER)as the intumescent flame retardant system.The effects of latex type,intumescence flame retardant system composition,P/B ratio,kaolin and zirconium ceramic fiber on the properties and char layer strength of waterborne intumescent fire retardant coating were studied.The results showed that the coatings provided the longest fire resistance time when the mass ratio of polyvinyl acetate latexand VAc-VeoVa latexwas 2:1,the mass ratio of APP/MEL/PER was 12:5:5,the P/B ratio was 4,the addition of kaolin and zirconium ceramic fiber was 4%and 2%.The addition of zirconium ceramic fiber significantly increased the strength of the expanded char layer.
