环氧改性水性聚氨酯的合成工艺及性能研究

摘    要:采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二元醇(GE-210)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、环氧树脂(E-128)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为主要原料,制备环氧改性水性聚氨酯乳液。研究预聚体中的—NCO和—OH物质的量之比(R)及小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、环氧树脂的加入量,对粒径、黏度、贮存稳定性和涂膜耐水性的影响。实验结果表明:预聚体中R值为6~7;小分子扩链剂BDO用量为7%~8%;亲水扩链剂DMPA的用量为6%~7%;环氧树脂添加量为6%~7%时,乳液外观及稳定性最好,涂膜的耐水性能优异,可以作为一种性能优异的涂料用水性聚氨酯树脂。

Abstract:The title waterborne polyurethane emulsion modified by epoxy resin was prepared using toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyether(GE-210),1,4-butanediol(BDO),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),epoxy resin and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA).Effects of the molar ratio of the —NCO and the —OH group in the prepolymer(R),the content of small molecule chain extenders,hydrophilic chain extender and epoxy resin on the size,viscosity,stability of the emulsion and water-resistance of the film was studied.The experimental results showed that the water resistance of WPU was improved,when the R was 6~7,BDO addition level was about 7%~8%,DMPA 6%~7%,epoxy resin 6%~7%,as well as good appearance and stability of the emulsion,which could be used as a WPU resin for waterborne coatings with excellent performance.
