纳米SiO2改性醇酸涂料的研究

摘    要:针对纳米SiO2在涂料中不易分散且分散稳定性差,易发生一次团聚的问题,加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和超分散剂,采用机械分散为主、超声波分散为辅的方法,对其进行改性和分散。利用正交设计方法,研究了纳米SiO2含量、硅烷偶联剂KH-570含量、分散剂用量及分散时间对涂料性能的影响,确定了最佳配方。实验结果说明防腐蚀效果显著提高,各项基本指标也得到了较大的提升,有较好的经济价值。

Abstract:Because of the difficulty of dispersing of Nano - SiO2 and the flocculation will happen easily, silane coupling agent KH -570 and hyper- dispersant are used and dispersed by mechanical and ultrasonic dispersing process. The influence of nano - SiO2 content, KH - 570 ratio amount of dispersant and dispersing time on coatings properties are studied by use of orthogonal experiment design method. The experiment results indicate that the anti -corrosion effectiveness is improved, showing better economy benefit.
