涂料研磨过程控制优化

摘    要:随着科技的发展,涂料生产线的工艺优化成为人们重视的问题,而在涂料生产过程中,对研磨过程又有着严格要求。鉴于此,本文以研磨时间为目标函数建立研磨过程模型,得出研磨时间和研磨压力的关系曲线,并采用蚁群算法对该曲线进行实时优化处理。由最后的仿真可以看出,利用蚁群算法对曲线进行优化,可以保证在研磨过程中快速寻找到最优工作时间值,既能节能降耗,又保证产品质量且降低了研磨过程的成本。
