| 摘 要： | 干燥问题是长期以来制约水性双组分聚氨酯木器涂料工业化应用的瓶颈。将微波干燥应用于水性双组分聚氨酯木器涂料的干燥过程,打破了微波干燥只能应用于水性单组分涂料的传统观念,实验结果表明:水性双组分聚氨酯木器涂料经微波干燥形成的漆膜性能略高于常温干燥形成的漆膜,可与溶剂型双组聚氨酯木器涂料相媲美,且固化剂用量减少。 |
