摘    要:镀镍是电镀工业中应用最广泛的镀种之一,镀层的内应力是影响镀层质量的重要因素.综述了镀镍层内应力产生的原因,介绍了镀镍层内应力的测量方法,并对各种影响镀镍层内应力的因素进行了分析.

Abstract:Nickel electrodeposition is one of the most widely used coatings in electroplating industry.Internal stress is a crucial factor for the quality of nickel electrodeposition.The cause for the internal stress formed in nickel electrodeposition is reviewed.The measuring methods for the internal stress of nickel electrodeposition are described and the factors affecting the internal stress are analyzed.
