铝合金硫酸-硼酸阳极氧化工艺

摘    要:采用硫酸-硼酸混合液制备铝合金氧化膜.研究氧化液中主要成分H2SO4、H3BO3及工艺条件对膜层的影响.对外观、膜重、盐雾试验、油漆附着力等性能试验的比较,结果表明:硫酸-硼酸阳极氧化膜层性能与铬酸阳极化的相当或更好,铝合金硫酸-硼酸阳极化可能取代铬酸阳极化,成为一种环保型表面处理工艺.

Abstract:A mixed sulfuric acid-boric acid solution was used to prepare the anodized oxide film for Al alloys.The effects of the concentration of its main components of H_2SO_4 and H_3BO_3 and anodizing conditions on the film were investigated through performace comparisons in appearance,film weight,salt spray test,paint adhesion,etc.The results show that the properties of sulfuric acid-boric acid anodized oxide film are equivalent to or better than those of chromic acid anodized oxide film.The sulfuric acid-boric acid anodization process for Al alloys may be a substitute for chromic acid anodization in this field,and will be an environment-friendly surface treatment process.
