黄铜超低浓度硝酸酸洗工艺的研究

摘    要:通过对黄铜酸洗工艺的讨论,采用了超低浓度硝酸新工艺代替硫酸-双氧水体系的老工艺.结果表明:新工艺不仅大大降低了成本,而且零件表面的光洁度、均匀程度及抗变色能力都有了较为明显的提高,并且酸洗时升温较慢,可以连续生产;此外,对三废的处理也进行一定的探讨,新工艺中产生的NOx气体可以得到有效的控制,废液处理量少,同时新工艺中产生的废渣可以直接回收利用.

Abstract:Through the discussion on brass pickling processes,a new technology of super lower nitric acid is put forward to replace the conventional sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide process.The results show that the new process can not only reduce the cost but also remarkably improve the surface smoothness,uniformity and anti-retarnishing properties of brass parts.Furthermore,the temperature rises slowly and production can be continuous during brass pickling.In addition,the NO_x gas can be controlled efficiently,and only little wastewater is produced.At the same time,the wastes produced in the new process can directly be used for recycling.
