亚硫酸盐-硫代硫酸盐置换镀金液对Ni2+耐受能力的研究

摘    要:在亚硫酸金钠为主盐,亚硫酸盐-硫代硫酸盐为配位剂的无氰置换镀金液中,逐步加入NiSO4来模拟镀液的老化.研究该镀金液对Ni2 的耐受能力.结果表明:该置换镀金液中Ni2 的最高质量浓度为1.0 g/L.当Ni2 的质量浓度超过1.0 g/L时,金层外观明显变差,出现部分发灰现象.添加适量的金属屏蔽剂2-巯基苯并噻唑(2-MBT)或苯并三氮唑(BTA)可使镀金层外观得到一定改善,灰斑面积减少,但仍不能完全消除,还有待进一步研究.

Abstract:An immersion gold plating bath using Na_3Au(SO_3)_2 as gold source and sulfite-thiosulfate as complexing agents is studied.NiSO_4 is added to the plating bath to simulate aging of the bath and the tolerance capability of Ni~(2 ) in this bath is studied.Results show that the maximum mass concentration of Ni~(2 ) in this immersion gold bath is 1.0 g/L.When the mass concentration of Ni~(2 ) exceeds 1.0 g/L,the appearance of gold coating will deteriorate observably,and will turn gray and non-uniform.The addition of adequate metallic shielding agent such as 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(2-MBT) or benzotriazole(BTA) can improve the appearance of gold coating to a certain extent,but not perfectly.
