摘    要:<正>由于三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)突出的耐臭氧、耐候、耐热、耐水、耐蒸汽、耐化学品性能和优良的电绝缘性能,加之使用温度范围宽(-57℃~150℃),因而在橡胶制品工业中获得广泛的应用。采用EPDM与金属骨架粘接的部件包括:车窗密封条、减震器、密封圈和衬垫、反应釜内衬、船舶用护舷材料等。

Abstract:This article studies the different content of third monomer, ethylene content and Mooney viscosity of EPDM raw rubber, and influence of its adhesion properties on metal. Test shows that when the third monomer content is greater than 4.5% of the raw rubber, get a higher bond strength and adhesion rubber rate. Content of ethylene is higher, Mooney viscosity of EPDM is higher, can enhance the adhesion of adhesive bonding.
