摘    要:探讨了有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留测定中的组分分离问题。DB-35色谱柱适合分离更多的有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药组分,六氯苯与七氟菊酯的出峰顺序会随载气压力而变化。氯氰菊酯与氟氰戊菊酯难以完全分离,溴氰菊酯与四溴菊酯则完全重合,须以质谱确证。

Abstract:Components separation in the determination of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides residue was discussed in this paper. DB-35 capillary column was suitable to separate many organochlorine and pyrethroid components. The elutropic sequence of chromatographic peak of hexachlorobenzene and tefluthrin changed according to the pressure of carrier gas. It was difficult to separate cypermethrin and flucythrinate, and the peaks of the two pesticides showed complete coincidence. The four pesticides must be confirmed by MS.
