丙草胺在稻田生态系统中的残留分析方法

摘    要:利用气相色谱仪,建立了丙草胺在稻田生态系统中的残留量分析方法。样品用乙腈提取,净化后采用毛细管气相色谱法–电子捕获检测器(GC–ECD)进行测定。丙草胺标准曲线的线性范围为0.1~10 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9993,丙草胺在水稻中最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率在80.46%~104.70%之间,变异系数最大为11.20%,符合农药残留检测要求。

Abstract:Using gas chromatography,the determination of pretilachlor residue in ecosystem of paddy field was described.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.After cleaned up,the final extract was injected into GC with ECD.The results showed that the lowest detectable concentration in rice was 0.01 mg/kg.The average recoveries of the method were 80.46%-104.70%,the RSD were 1.49%-11.20%,the linear range of working curve were 0.1-10 mg?L-1,and the linear correlation was 0.9993.
