摘    要:建立了利用高效液相色谱法测定稻田土壤中苄嘧磺隆残留量的方法。样品以乙腈提取,用配有紫外检测器的液相色谱仪测定。苄嘧磺隆的最低检测量为0.5×10-9g。当添加浓度在0.02~2mg/kg时,添加回收率在85.6%~102.7%,变异系数在4.78%~10.8%,符合测定要求。

Abstract:This article studied the analytical method of bensulfuron-methyl residue in soil on rice field.The residues of solid samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with UV detector.The detection limit was 0.5×10-9 g,recoveries from soil added with bensulfuron-methyl at 0.02 to 2 mg/kg were 85.6% to 102.7%,with the variation coefficients of 4.78% to 10.8%.The method can be used to analyze the residues of bensulfuron-methyl.
