新型三嗪酮类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:以三嗪酮类杀虫剂为先导,运用类同合成、生物电子等排理论,设计合成了25个新型三嗪酮类化合物。通过1H NMR、MS和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构确认。初步生物活性测试结果表明,在试验浓度下部分化合物具有不错的生物活性。

Abstract:Twenty-five novel triazone compounds were designed and synthesized according to "similar synthesis" and "bioisosterism" from the triazone insecticides.The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay results showed that some compounds in the test had good bioactivity at the experimental concentrations.
