摘    要:采用高效液相色谱,以乙腈+0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在260 nm波长下对5%唑啉草酯·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂中有效成分进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,唑啉草酯、双氟磺草胺的线性相关系数分别为0.999 2和0.999 3,标准偏差分别为0.09和0.02,变异系数分别为2.05%和2.44%,平均回收率分别为99.28%和99.69%。

Abstract:A method for separation and quantitative analysis of pinoxaden + florasulam 5% OD by HPLC was described, using acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution (0.05%) as mobile phase, on ZORBAX SB-C18 column and UV-absorbance detector, at 260 nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of pinoxaden and florasulam were 0.9992 and 0.9993, the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.02, the variation coefficients were 2.05% and 2.44%, and the average recoveries were 99.28% and 99.69%, respectively.
