农药水乳剂稳定性机制研究进展

摘    要:水乳剂是一种重要的绿色水基化制剂,乳状液的稳定性是其研制的难点。对乳液形成和稳定机制目前尚无系统的理论。通常通过热贮稳定性、离心稳定性、冻融稳定性等表观指标结合激光粒度测定、Zeta电位法、单滴法、相行为分析法等方法和手段,对影响稳定性的各因素进行研究,探讨内在规律。开展水乳剂的稳定性机制研究,对于水乳剂的配方开发有着非常重大的指导意义,必将促进我国农药水乳剂的快速发展。

Abstract:EW (emulsion in water) is an environmentally benign water-based formulation. Emulsion stability is the difficulty of its research and development. Up to now, there was no systematic theory to explain the mechanism of emulsion formation and stability. Generally to conduct research on the factors affecting stability by apparent index of hot storage, centrifugal stability and freezing-thawing stability etc. combining with laser granulometry, zeta potential analysis, single drop method and phase behavior analysis to investigate inherent law. Study on stable mechanism of EW has important ~uidin~ role for the EW formulation develonment which will sneed un the develooment of vestieide EW.
