农药微胶囊剂的加工和进展(Ⅰ)

摘    要:微胶囊方法是农药剂型制备中一项重要的应用技术。它与常规农药剂型相比,具有延长持效期、降低对环境污染、降低毒性、改善抗雨性、有好的防效等优点,近年来受到普遍关注。论述微胶囊技术进展和农药微胶囊剂特点及其几种适合农药微胶囊剂工业规模生产的方法,认为在农药微胶囊剂开发中应优先开发微囊悬浮剂。同时也论述了农药微囊悬浮剂的配方组成、剂型稳定性、控制释放性能、实例、国外市场产品和应用。

Abstract:Microencapsulation is an important technology of production in pesticide formulations. Comparing with conventional pesticide formulations, it has many advantages, such as extending of persistence, reducing of environmental pollution and toxicity, improving of anti-miness and good efficiency. In recent years, more and more attention is paid to it. This article elaborates microencapsulation progress and pesticide microencapsulates characteristic and several kinds of suitable method for microencapsulates commercial scale production. Thought that the microencapsulates suspension concentrates (CS) should be first developed in microencapsulates development. Simultaneously, pesticide CS formula composition, formulations stability, control release performance, example, foreign market product and application are also elaborated.
