柑橘皮渣总黄酮的提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:为了综合利用柑橘皮渣,提高其经济价值和药用价值,减少资源浪费和环境污染,以柑橘皮渣为原料,研究柑橘皮渣黄酮类物质的提取工艺并对其进行优化。结果表明,将柑橘皮渣烘干后粉碎成粉末,用石油醚进行预处理后采用70%乙醇提取4h,浓缩、干燥,黄酮的提取率可高达80%以上。为柑橘的综合利用提供了新的途径。

Stduy on optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Citrus Peel

Abstract:In order to comprehensively utilize citrus peel, improve its economic value and medicinal value, reduce resource waste and environmental pollution, use citrus peel as raw material to study the extraction process of flavonoids from citrus peel and optimize it. The results showed that the citrus peel residue was dried and pulverized into powder. After pretreatment with petroleum ether, it was extracted with 70% ethanol for 4 hours, concentrated and dried. The extraction rate of flavonoids was as high as80% or more. This study provides a new approach to the comprehensive utilization of citrus.
