三维催化电解法处理丙烯腈废水的探讨

摘    要:丙烯腈是重要的化工原料,在合成纤维、塑料等领域有着广阔的应用前景。但其生产过程污染严重,污水有毒有害,治理难度高。采用传统污水处理方式处理此类污水效果不佳。以三维催化电解法为主要思路,研究替代传统生化污水处理方式处理丙烯腈废水的可行性及相关技术参数,探索了处理此类石油化工污水的新途径。

Treatment of Acrylonitrile Wastewater by Three-dimensional Catalytic Electrolysis

Abstract:Acrylonitrile is an important basic petrochemical raw material, which has broad application prospects in the fields of synthetic fiber, plastics and so on. Its production process has serious pollution problems, toxic sewage and high treatment difficulty. The traditional sewage treatment method has poor effect in treating this kind of sewage. This paper intends to take the three-dimensional catalytic electrolysis method as the main idea, study the feasibility and relevant technical parameters of replacing the traditional biochemical wastewater treatment method to treat acrylonitrile wastewater, and explore another new way to treat this kind of petrochemical wastewater.
