聚异丁烯装置后处理设备腐蚀与防护探讨

摘    要:对聚异丁烯装置后处理部分设备的腐蚀原因进行了分析,A1C13水解、氯化聚异丁烯高温分解及硫气是造成设备腐蚀的主要因素。提出了防止腐蚀的措施和更改工艺条件和设备材质的建议。

Abstract:Through the investigation on the corrosion situation at the dead and cold zone of the debu- tanizer tower, flash -steaming tank, T-103 tower and piping system in the post-processing of poly-isobutyl- ene unit, we find the main corrosion reason of these parts is A1C13 hydrolysis, chlorinated polyisobutylene py- rolysis and sulfur corrosion. So we put forward the suggestion about the protective measures in the current process and improvement on the process conditions and equipment material.
