卷烟机平准器参数的优化与探究

通过正交试验的方法,确定了两深两浅型平准器在细支烟机型生产时,深槽深度与浅槽深度的最优组合。测试了平准器在最优参数时不同卷烟速度情况下的部分烟支物理指标值和烟支空头剔除率。结果表明:该型两深两浅型平准器在控制烟支空头剔除率方面有效,且具有较高的质量稳定性。

Optimization and Research on Parameters of Ecreteur Disc in Cigarette Maker

In this paper,the optimal combination of deep groove depth and shallow groove depth when slim cigarette maker worked with two-deep-two-shallow ecreteur disc is determined by orthogonal test method. The physical indexes of cigarettes and the percentage of lose-end at different cigarette velocities at the optimal parameters were tested. The results show that this type of two-deep-two-shallow ecreteur disc is effective in controlling the percentage of lose-end and has high quality stability.
