二氧化氮硝化4-羟基苯甲醛合成4-羟基-3-硝基苯甲醛

摘    要:以二氧化氮作为硝化试剂,HZSM-5型分子筛作为催化剂方法,研究4-羟基苯甲醛合成4-羟基-3-硝基苯甲醛的新方法。通过1H-NMR,IR和MS对4-羟基-3-硝基苯甲醛的结构进行了表征。研究了HZSM-5催化条件下,催化剂用量,反应温度,反应时间对4-羟基-3-硝基苯甲醛收率的影响。

Synthesis of 4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzaldehyde by nitration of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with nitrogen dioxide

Abstract:A new method using nitrogen dioxide as nitrating reagent and HZSM-5 zeolite as catalyst to synthesize 4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzaldehyde from 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde was studied.The structures of 4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzaldehyde was determined by 1H-NMR,IR and MS.The effects of the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of 4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzaldehyde were studied.
