摘    要:采用正交表L9(34)进行了烟草中总氮测定消化条件的筛选实验。实验考察了四个因子:称样量、硫酸钾用量、硫酸用量、氧化汞用量,每个因子各三水平的实验条件,经过直观分析、方差分析,确定在显著性水平0.10上,称样量和氧化汞用量都是显著的,硫酸钾用量和硫酸用量不显著;在显著性水平0.05上,氧化汞用量是显著的,称样量、硫酸钾用量和硫酸用量不显著。选用称样量和氧化汞用量的最优条件,即称样量0.3g、氧化汞用量0.1g,对硫酸钾用量和硫酸用量。主要考虑节约实验成本,选择硫酸钾用量1g和硫酸用量5mL为最终实验条件。

Selecting the Digesting Condition of Determining the Amount of Total Nitrogen in Tobacco by Orthogonal Design

Abstract:This paper describes the experi ment designed by the orthogonal table L9( 34) which is used to find the best digesting condition to determine the amount of total nitrogen in tobacco. Four factors:sample weight, the amount of potassium sulfate, the amount of sulphuric aid and the amount of mercuric oxide, are tested at three levels for each one. The following conclusions are made after the direct-vision analysis and variance analysis: sample weight and the amount of mercuric oxide are significant at the significance level of 0.10, whereas other two factors are not significant; the amount of mercuric oxide are significant at the significance level of 0.05, whereas other three factors are not significant. On base of above experiment, sample weight and the amount of mercuric oxide choose the best level, namely 0.3 g and 0.1 g respectively. 1 g and 5 mL are selected for the amount of potassium sulfate and sulphuric acid mainly considering the cost of the digesting experiment.
