乳化剂对乳化炸药爆炸性能影响的研究

为了探究乳化剂对乳化炸药爆炸性能的影响,分别选取了三种不同的乳化剂制备乳化炸药,采用测时仪法和铅柱压缩法测试了各乳化炸药的爆速和猛度,结果发现,不同乳化剂制备的乳化炸药爆炸性能存在差异。单一的乳化剂不能达到最好的乳化效果,复合乳化剂能改善这一情况,一定程度上提高乳化炸药的爆炸性能。

Study on the Influence of Emulsifier on the Explosive Properties of Emulsion Explosives

In order to explore the effect of emulsifier on the explosive properties of emulsion explosives, three different emulsifiers were selected to prepare emulsion explosives.The detonation speed and the violentness of each emulsion explosive were tested by the chronometer method and the lead column compression method,It was found that the explosive properties of emulsion explosives prepared by different emulsifiers were different.It shows that a single emulsifier can not achieve the best emulsification effect,and the composite emulsifier can improve this situation and improve the explosive performance of the emulsion explosive to some extent.
