基于气相色谱方法的植物油脂肪酸分析探究

摘    要:从材料、试剂、仪器、方法等方面入手,介绍了植物油脂肪酸分析实验用到的材料与方法;其次,从定性和定量分析、色谱柱的选择、甲酯化体系的选择、反应温度影响、精密度和稳定性实验、实际样品测定及植物油脂肪酸组成特点、聚类分析七个方面入手,研究了植物油脂肪酸分析实验的结果与分析;最后,总结了植物油脂肪酸分析实验的结论。希望通过这次研究,为实验人员加深对基于气相色谱方法的植物油脂肪酸分析有更深刻的认识和了解。

Study on Fatty Acid Analysis of vegetable Oil based on Gas Chromatography

Abstract:from the aspects of materials, reagents, instruments, methods and so on, this paper introduces the materials and methods used in the analysis of fatty acids in vegetable oils. Secondly, from the aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis, selection of chromatographic columns, selection of methyl esterification system, The effects of reaction temperature, precision and stability test, determination of actual samples and fatty acid composition of vegetable oil were studied from seven aspects of cluster analysis. Finally, the results and analysis of fatty acid analysis of vegetable oil were studied. The conclusion of fatty acid analysis experiment of vegetable oil is summarized. It is hoped that through this study, the experimenters will have a deeper understanding of fatty acid analysis of vegetable oil based on gas chromatography. understand.
