利用豆芽生物态吸附锰和锌的研究

摘    要:用豆芽为生物转化活体,研究了生物态吸附锰和锌的吸附条件,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICPS)和原子吸收光谱测定了Mn和Zn的含量,结果表明,不同豆子对Mn和Zn的生物态吸附,无显著差异,在pH5~6、Mn和Zn的浓度不超过300mg/kg的培养液适合豆芽对Mn和Zn的生物态吸附。

Abstract:As the live biotransferer, bean sprouts that has health keeping function was selected to study the bioadsorbent conditions of manganese and zinc. Mn and Zn contents were analyzed by ICPS, and atom-absorption spectrometer. It was found that there was no marked differenes in the bioadsorption of Mn and Zn different beans, with pH value 5-6, not more than 300mg/kg of manganese and zinc in it, the culture solution, which was suitable for the bioadsorption of Mn and Zn, can be widely used in production.
