三氯化铁催化合成乙酸异戊酯

摘    要:研究了以三氯化铁为催化剂乙酸与异戊醇的酯化反应,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比等因素对乙酸异戊酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,较好的反应条件为:乙酸用量0.1 mol,醇酸摩尔比:1.2∶1,三氯化铁用量(0.2mol/L)10 mL,带水剂环己烷用量8 mL,反应30 m in,酯收率达93.5%。产品经折光率、红外光谱表征。

Abstract:Esterification of acetic acid with isoamyl alcohol catalyzed by ferric chloride was studied,and effect of different factors such as reaction time,dosage of catalyst and ratio of acetic acid to isoamyl alcohol on the yield of isoamyl acetate was carefully examined.Result showed that the preferable reaction condition was as follows: amount of acetic acid 0.1mol,molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to acetic acid 1.2,amount of catalyst 10 ml,amount of cyclohexane used as water-carrying agent 8 ml and reaction time 30min.The yield of isoamyl acetate was 93.5% and the product was characterized by refractive index and IR analysis.
