微波辅助萃取-高效液相色谱法测定香丝草中槲皮素

摘    要:采用微波辅助萃取法提取,以高效液相色谱法测定香丝草中的槲皮素。确定了微波辅助萃取法提取香丝草中槲皮素的最佳条件为:溶剂乙醇的体积分数为60%,微波辐射时间10 min,液固质量比45∶1,微波提取压力500 kPa。所得结果的相对标准偏差为1.13%2.39%,回收率在99.75%2.39%,回收率在99.75%101.38%之间。

Abstract:Determination of quercetin from Conyza bonariensis by HPLC and microwave-assisted ex- traction was reported. The effects of solvent concentration, microwave time, ratio of solution to solid and mi- crowave-assisted extraction pressure were evaluated. The extraction conditions of quercetin from Conyza bonariensis by microwave - assisted method were optimized : ethanol concentration is 60 % (~/V) ; micro- wave time is 10 min; ratio of solution to solid is 45:1 and microwave-assisted extraction pressure is 500 kPa. The relative standard deviation is 1.13%- 2.39% and the recovery is 99.75%- 101.38%. Microwave-as- sisted extraction and high performance liquid chromatography was simple and accurate with good reproduc- ibility.
