摘    要:介绍了一种铁系间同1,2-聚丁二烯的合成方法,并对所合成的聚合物进行了性能评价和改性研究。结果表明,该体系的聚合反应活性强,收率高,产物熔点可低于130℃,有较强的拉伸强度和较大的定伸应力。防老剂D的质量分数大于1%时可对其进行有效保护。用合成橡胶对该聚合物原住共混改性后。则表现出一定的热塑性弹性体性质。

Abstract:The synthesis of high syndiotactic 1,2 -polybutadiene with iron catalyst was introduced in this paper,and the molecular structure and tensile properties of 1,2 -polybuladiene were characterized. The results showed that the polymerization product had a higher yield and exhibited lower melting point(≤130 ℃),fairly strong tensile strength. The antioxidant D may carry on the effective protection to it when the content was 1%. With synthetic rubber after this polymer blending modification insitu, then it displayed certain thermosplastic elastomer nature.
