摘    要:根据轮胎的几何非线性、材料非线性和橡胶-帘线复合材料的各向异性以及轮胎接触非线性,采用三维非线性有限元法时195/60R14规格子午线轮胎在不同带束层角度情况下的应力分布进行了计算分析,得出轮胎与地面接触过程中轮胎的变形情况、载荷-变形关系、带束层及胎体应力分布等结果,为轮胎结构参数的优化设计提供了有效的指导。

Abstract:Three-dimensional nonlinear FEA model of radial tire including the geometric nonlinearity of large deformation,material nonlinearity,the anisotropy of rubber-cord composites,the nonlinerar boundary conditions from tire-pavement contact was established.The characteristics of radial tire under different belt angles were studied,and the relationship between load and deformation,the tire deformation,belt and carcass stress distribution were discussed.The analysis results could predict the tire characteristics and provide valid parameters for tire disign and optimization.
