摘    要:研究分析了轮胎出现过快磨肩、磨冠等问题的力学原因,并针对导致该问题的主要原因"轮胎刚度较低导致轮胎长期过载工作",设计了一种新型高性能航空轮胎——"双刚圈"航空轮胎,在此基础上采用有限元方法对比分析"双刚圈"轮胎相对于传统轮胎力学性能上的优越性。分析结果表明:"双刚圈"轮胎纵向刚度明显提高,接触压力以及胎面橡胶等效应力分布均匀性都有明显改善,轮胎侧变形减小。因此,"双刚圈"轮胎通过提高轮胎真圆度提高了其操纵性、接地性使用性能,并且使用寿命有所提高。

Abstract:There is an issue with a certain aircraft tire that the shoulder rubber wears so fast that tire life is badly affected.The mechanical reason for eccentric wear is researched and it is found that the prime cause of the problem is long-term overload because of the low tire stiffness.Aiming at this issue,a new high-performance aerotire named Double Firm Rings is designed and the superiority of its mechanical properties against the traditional tire is studied using the finite element methods.The results showed that the static radial stiffness has been raised remarkably; the contact pressure and equivalent stresses distribution of tread rubber improve apparently; sidewall deformation decreases.Double Firm Rings lengthens service life and increases the manipulation,wear resistance greatly.
