摘    要:对反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶体系配方进行优化。结果表明,在TPI/NR(15/85)并用胶体系中,加入2份芳烃油,0.5份硫化剂DTDM,1.5份抗返原剂WK901,混炼胶硬度适中,利于后续半成品的加工;TPI/NR并用胶的硫化特性基本不变,在保持基本配方物理机械性能的基础上,具有低生热性,优异的耐磨性能和耐屈挠性能,较低的滚动阻力,是一种较为理想的全铜子午线轮胎胎面配合。

Abstract:The recipe of TPI/NR(15/85)blend was optimized.The experimental data showed that the TPI/NR(15/85) blend had moderate hardness,convenient for manufacture technology of semi-product with 2 phr aromatic oil,0.5 phr curing agent DTDM,1.5 phr anti-recovery agent WK901.On the basis of keeping physical mechanical properties,the TPI/NR(15/85) vulcanizate had excellent low compression heat build-up and good abrasion resistance.Otherwise,the TPI/NR(15/85) blend remained curing characteristics.The flexibility and rol...
