| 摘 要： | 我们针对化工原理实验中存在的手工仪表操作、数据处理繁琐、采集数据实时性差等问题,采用串口通讯方法实现了数据采集,借助 Visual Basic、Matlab 等计算辅助工具,建立起了一套通用的化工原理实验装置数据采集与监控系统.

| Abstract: | In this paper a new data acquisition and supervision system has been established with the assistance of serial communication,Visual Basic and Matlab in order to solve such current problems in experiments of unit operations as manual operation,complicated data-processing,and poor real-time data acquisition etc.After testing,it shows that the data processing time and workload in this system can be decreased and experimental efficiency can be enhanced.The result shows that this system also can be applied to safety analysis,dynamic optimization,data reconciliation and error detection,and other research fields in chemical engineering. |
